They sure are!! I don't know what it is exactly, but Dawson also seems to have more of your face in him.
They're even holding their lips the same way! That's incredible, and incredibly cute.

They have the exact same noses and blue eyes. It is amazing to me how you can already see gender at this early of an age, though. Ella's sweet femininity is very evident and Dawson certainly looks like a little man!
